Movie description: "Whistle and Its Blower". This girl had never heard of snake charmers and fakirs, but suddenly she was among them herself. By accident, of course. The reason was the strong conditioned reflexes of her new boyfriend's daddy. Daddy had been in the Navy so long that it was as if the signals of the boatswain's whistle had replaced part of his brain.
