Movie description: "Sex for a discount". Beautiful Alien needs to rent a flat. She finds an apartment and comes to check it out. The landlord is a sweet, mature man who gladly shows Alien every corner of the flat. She likes the place very much, but the price is too high for the cutie. She asks the landlord if there is a discount or a way to lower the price. He thinks a little bit and admits that there is a way. He tells Alien she is beautiful and sweet; if she is nice to him, he will give her a great discount. Alien takes time to think his idea over but then grabs the chance to lower the price for such a nice apartment.
